The property is in the eastern portion of Longview, Harrison County, Texas. Longview is the
center for economic activity for a significant part of Northeast Texas with over 680,000 people
within a 12-county region and over 340,000 work force. This area includes such companies as
Weatherford, Haliburton, Stemco and many others.

Longview is located on Interstate 20 and is less than two hours east of Dallas, Texas and one
hour west of Shreveport, Louisiana. State highways 80 and 259 intersect in Longview
providing access throughout the region. Altogether, Interstates 20, 30, 49 and the future I-69
are all less than an hour away, as are State Highways 59, 69, 79, 80, 175, 259, and 271.

The area is served by two railroads and the Port of Shreveport Bossier which is an hour east.
There is public air service between East Texas Regional Airport and DFW International.
