Roger Johnson

Dr. Johnson moved to Longview in 1979 after completing his surgical training in Houston, Texas. He has served on the boards of the Longview Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and Longview Regional Hospital. He has also served as a past deacon for the First Baptist Church where he has been a member for more than 35 years. Even as busy parent of four, Dr. Johnson always found time to volunteer for the community and coach his children’s baseball, soccer and basketball teams.

A long-time realtor and friend suggested to Dr. Johnson to begin buying and selling houses in addition to practicing medicine. It seemed like a natural fit because he grew up in a home that encouraged entrepreneurship. The desire to develop long-term real estate holdings resulted from this suggestion.

The first commercial properties were acquired several years later and eventually a portfolio of multitenant properties was assembled. Throughout Dr. Johnson’s commercial real estate career, his emphasis has always been to provide clients with the best value for their money.

Today, Dr. Johnson oversees property evaluations, tenant relations, tenant improvement projects and long-term performance for the company.
