Dustin oversees both the day-to-day operations and the overall financial performance of the firm.
Dustin graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career in product development for Dell Computer Corporation's workstation line of business. Through increases in responsibility, by the time he left the company Dustin was managing three product lines, in total generating over $130 million a year in sales revenue. While working at Dell, the workstation line of business went from #7 to the #1 workstation supplier in the world.
Dustin went on to serve in the Peace Corps from 2002 to 2004 in the county of Kyrgyzstan as an economics instructor at a university in the capital city, Bishkek. He was a member of the first Peace Corps group to return to Muslim Kyrgyzstan following the evacuation after the events of September 11, 2001. In addition to lecturing at the university, Dustin acted as assistant coordinator for Habitat for Humanity Kyrgyzstan where he trained staff in grant writing, program management and fundraising. He also served as a team leader for the Voznesensk Boy's Prison development project. Dustin helped design a long-term holistic reform program addressing the boys' physical needs, vocational training, and moral learning.
In addition, Dustin is very involved in the local community. He leads a bible study for high school boys at First Presbyterian Church, serves as a board member of the Crisman School, is the International Service Director for the Longview Greggton Rotary, and the secretary of the board for Longview Habitat for Humanity.
